are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Restaurant Administrator

to join our team. As the Restaurant Administrator, you will play a crucial role

in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and contributing

to the overall efficiency of our establishment. If you have strong

organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining

smooth administrative processes, we invite you to be a vital contributor to our

fabulous restaurant.

Responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and

document management.

Manage reservation systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Assist in coordinating staffing schedules and maintaining employee records.

Monitor and manage inventory levels for office and restaurant supplies.

Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate

department.

Collaborate with the management team to support special events and promotions.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the

hospitality industry.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.

Familiarity with reservation systems and basic bookkeeping tasks is
