Restaurant Administrator - Part time

As Restaurant Administrator you will manage and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure a seamlessly efficient and safe operation. Supporting the site management team and each department with various administrative tasks.

Duties include:

• Supporting the management team with day to day administrative tasks such as payroll and stock management.


• Ensuring our Table ordering system is maintained and updated regularly.


• General IT support across site, ensuring our EPOS, WIFI and all other systems are functioning and fit to operate.


• Responsible for Fire Safety and Health and Safety procedures.


• Adhoc ordering, and management of all stationery and office equipment.


• Responsible for recording and logging of all maintenance requirements.


• Support ordering equipment including stationary, uniforms, crockery


• Organising and preparation of invoices.


• Supporting team members with company procedures and policies.
  
  Experience - Previous experience within a restaurant administration role, Bibi are seeking a Part-Time Restaurant Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. • Prior experience as a Restaurant Administrator in a fast-paced restaurant.


• Welcoming our guests & colleagues, always communicating in a professional and friendly manner.


• Experience managing multiple software relating to transactions, ordering, payroll etc.


• Understanding of restaurant operations (preferred)
