Full Job Description
- Provide engaging, friendly, efficient and hygienic front of house services to customers in a timely manner and to the company standards.
- Serve customers food and drinks, with high levels of customer service.
- Operate the till at our cafes and restaurants.
- Keep the work areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist and take an active role in promoting sales whenever possible, including through company promotions, whilst being sensitive to our customers' needs.
- Assist the catering manager with day to day ordering at the site.
- Support barista coffee bar service as required.
- Assist with any events at a site as appropriate.
- Assisting the kitchen team as and when appropriate.
- Ability to work off own initiative, work under pressure, and have a good level of flexibility.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail. Standards in working environments need to be spotless - maintaining cleanliness in all work and customer areas, making sure guests have all tools they need to eat / drink and be looked after.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but not essential - Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work effectively and a willingness to assist in various tasks needed
