As the Hotel Restaurant and Bar Manager your role is fundamental to the success in providing outstanding event and conference experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the Food + Beverage department, ensuring, high quality service and guest satisfaction, strong team leadership and people management skills., Part of Levy UK + Ireland, The Venues Collection is a grouping of five, easily accessible properties located across the UK. With an array of both contemporary and historic meeting spaces, they also cater for every memorable moment: from christenings to birthdays, engagement parties to weddings and anniversaries to celebrations of life. As our Restaurant and Bars Manager you will:
- Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of waiting staff and bartenders
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation
Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role - Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
