Restaurant Manager

Proactive management of the team, leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service which has come to be expected by the brand.

Responsible for all waiting staff and planning rotas.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Laws and to assist in maintaining the restaurant's 5-star food hygiene rating and ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

To monitor weekly and daily turnover figures plus cashflow, adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability.

Liaising with General Manager/Owners to make decisions for operational activities setting and achieving strategic goals.

Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.

Drive the Alec's culture, inspire, guide, and educate juniors in your team.

Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth delivery of our high standards and profitability.

Effectively supervise teams from different departments and provide constructive feedback.

• Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)


• Hospitality/Fine Dining Enviroment: 3 years (preferred), Supervising experience: 3 years (required)


• Restaurant management: 2 years (required)


• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
