Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, hands on and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver excellent service to our customers. As the manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, quality food, and a friendly atmosphere.,
- Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan rotas and manage staffing levels to align with the restaurant's operational needs.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of food and beverages.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
