Larch Café and Gift Shop open bright and early for coffee and morning treats, with the gorgeous restaurant, bar and terrace open for lunch, drinks and dinner as the day goes on. We have a wide mix of guests - Sky Garden visitors, City workers, families, dates… Larch has something for everyone and we are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our newly opened operation and help establish Larch as a destination in its own right. As Restaurant Manager you'll look after the restaurant, Café and Gift Shop, working closely with our brilliant Sky Garden management (if we say so ourselves) and Head Office support teams. You'll run a meticulous operation, being ever-present for our team and guests alike, whilst managing the fine detail behind the scenes from commercials to payroll and everything in between. We are looking for a proven Restaurant Manager within a quality operation - either a premium brand or an independent. The key things for us are experience of high volume, all day service, solid commercial skills and personality. Great training and progression is available for those who seek it.
