Restaurant Manager - London

As Bars Restaurant Manager, you'll report to our GM and work closely with the Floor and Lounge Managers. You'll oversee the day to day management of the 2 areas - ensuring that our 60-strong team deliver the highest level of service day in day out.

You'll need have proven yourself in a team leadership role within a busy restaurant, bar, hotel or similar venue. The ideal candidate will need to be proactive, hands-on and tenacious - we're a seriously busy venue and the role is not for everyone.
