Restaurant Receptionist

· Attend to all incoming calls for the A la Carte

· Make entries of relevant guest information into the diary alongside taking deposits whenever necessary

· Follow the standard operating procedure of the restaurant (in terms of reservations and bookings)

· Greet guests and seat them according to the allocated tables

· Coordination skills between all staff of the restaurant to ensure that everything is in working order

· Ensure the guests have a hassle-free time at the restaurant and attend to any complaints that may arise

· Communicate with guests, build a relationship, and advertise the restaurant

· High school diploma

· Excellent communication skills

· Any vocational courses in the food and beverage industry serves a greater advantage
