Restaurant Supervisor

To act as a Brand ambassador, a respected team member that supports the management team, occasionally running shifts and leads by example by displaying exceptional hospitality and service along with enthusiasm and professionalism. DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assisting in overall day to day management, displaying a professional attitude and appearance at all times · Supervise and coordinate assigned shifts in the absence of the management team · Manage and record team member attendance · Ensuring the restaurant is fully set for service in line with all checklists & cleaning schedules, in line with all audit standards and Rotunda standards · Communicate with guests, receive feedback and diarise accordingly · Coach new and existing team member to deliver an effortless experience while maintaining · Supporting the management team in ensuring all team members are compliant in on-line training courses · Ensure all menu items are executed to the company standard · Responding to all email requests promptly · Creating an energised atmosphere through a motivating, informative and interactive pre-shift brief when responsible for a shift
