We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our Team in Covent Garden. Chez Antoinette is a French restaurant with homemade cuisine, the food is based on organic, seasonal and fresh produce. We are looking for the right person to join the team, you're there to help, and make sure everything is working smoothly. The understanding of the French culture and friendly customer service is essential. At Chez Antoinette we offer a high-quality product yet simple in a busy environment. As a supervisor you will ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, providing our guests with a consistently high-quality dining experience. You will also be in charge of both responding to customer complaints and resolving them.

  • To be passionate about great food, quality service and hospitality
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Front of House
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
  • Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
  • Open/Close the restaurant
  • Develop strategies for improving our customers' dining experience
  • Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
  • Ensure food and drinks served are of high quality and service is consistent
  • Have a great knowledge of busy brasserie services in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure high standards of personal performance, hygiene, appearance and cleanliness at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

    Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
