Restaurant Supervisor - Darlington

A friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor is required to ensure the smooth flow of the restaurant and have the ability to host the restaurant on occasions for private parties and small weddings. You will work closely with the Management team to ensure a memorable and faultless service and go the extra mile at all times to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities & duties to include:-

Setting up conference and event rooms to required standards to ensure that you have full product knowledge of all menu items and hotel facilities and services Maintaining brand standards and a high standard of service in the conference & banqueting department ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded Promoting sales and up-sell at all times for both food and beverage items Ensuring that all daily operations and cleaning tasks are carried out each day Carrying out other duties as may be required to ensure the health club and spa operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction Serving behind the bar
