With a particular focus on financial restructurings involving a number of jurisdictions and different stakeholders in a capital structure, you will be expected to provide pragmatic, commercial and innovative advice.
You will advise financial institutions (including banks and debt funds), bondholders, insolvency practitioners, large corporates, directors, private equity sponsors and other stakeholders on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency-related matters across a broad variety of sectors., You will be involved in reviewing finance documentation and analysing potential restructuring scenarios to protect or enhance our clients' positions.
You would work with other members of the firm across different departments and offices in the UK and internationally to devise, draft and complete restructuring and insolvency transactions in an efficient and effective manner.
You will be involved in primarily non-contentious insolvency mandates.
Work closely with our leveraged finance team to help ensure early engagement and maximise the prospect of a successful restructure.
Be involved in a variety of business development activities.

You are a qualified lawyer with at least 1year of PQE in a reputable Restructuring practice.
You have experience of working on cross-border restructurings.
You want to have an identity in a market-leading firm with credibility and gravitas, and international collaboration.
You enjoy being client-facing and have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work, are ambitious and confident to deliver at the highest standard.
Have a commercial flair and acumen and are excited by growth and new ideas.
Are details focussed, self-motivated and proactive, and confident in building enduring relationships with clients that are based on trust and high-quality service delivery.
You have an eye for detail but are also commercially aware of client drivers and the need to grow a legal business each day in everything you do well.
