Full Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Restructuring and Insolvency, you will oversee the delivery of insolvency assignments, manage client relationships, and drive revenue for the restructuring team. You'll provide expert technical guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining budgets and maximising fees and recovery.,

  • Manage your own restructuring and insolvency caseload, contribute to business planning, and build relationships with prospects and intermediaries.
  • Oversee insolvency cases (personal & corporate), lead business sales for creditors, and ensure adherence to budgets and departmental standards.
  • Manage six direct reports, set objectives, provide regular feedback, and oversee performance to ensure team success.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, monitor KPIs, and manage billing and work-in-progress levels.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key institutions and external partners, ensuring strong collaboration across all parties involved.

    Corporate insolvency experience is essential.
  • Proven expertise in managing insolvency cases and restructuring processes.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Strong technical ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to budget and deadlines.
  • Ideally personal insolvency experience.
  • Qualified - JIE, licensed insolvency practitioner, non-appointment taking license etc.
