Retail Assistant

As an ambassador for Grown Alchemist, the main responsibilities of this role are to achieve the store's objectives and business goals through retail sales.

Your role would include building strong relationships with your team and senior management teams, selling and promoting the benefits of the brand.

Ensuring the Company standards are always maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty, and customer enthusiasm are the number one priority

Essential Responsibilities

Day to Day

· To ensure the highest level of customer service is given and measured against store objectives.

· To demonstrate Emotional Intelligence and Luxury Customer service.

· Uphold the Grown Alchemist brand with true integrity, passion, and commitment.

Commercial Flair

· To drive agreed KPIs for results to reach and exceed targets.

· Have a strong understanding of different market types and customers.

· Full accountability on all aspects of stock management ensuring that all stock is processed accurately.

· To have the confidence and ambition to identify new and innovative ways to drive incremental sales.

Driving Results

· Always provide the highest level of service to ensure all customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

· Support in-store and external customer events.

· Always adhere to Company policies and procedures. Ensure retail and other Store communications are read and followed promptly.

Sustainability Responsibility

· Ensure all duties carried out and actions completed in every aspect of your role, contribute to the short and long-term sustainability goals.

· Passion for the retail environment, demonstrated by at least 2 years of retail experience with flexible working hours to suit the business needs

· Experience working within a stand-alone store.

· Clear communication skills - Communicates confidently and effectively in group situations.

· Business and Competitor Awareness

· Self-motivation - Proactively seeks ways to enhance own performance.

· Customer Focus - Develops team to exceed customer expectations.

· Planning & Prioritising - Can prioritise tasks to achieve objectives.,

Experience:
