Retail Assistant Manager (Part Time)

We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager, to support the Manager in our established charity shop in Dereham, Norfolk.

Great customer service skills are essential to maximise the shop's income, and you'll need a good eye for sourcing and merchandising stock. You will be helping to manage a team of volunteers and staff, so leadership skills are a must, as well as an understanding of a retail environment and handling cash., Disability Confident

This is a permanent position working 6 hours a week. The days will be every Sunday 10am-4pm. The role may also include covering days off and holidays and may require working bank holidays. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and enjoy working in a busy environment. There is also the possibility to accrue more working hours, by working at other Break charity shops within the area.
