Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and well organised individual to assist the Retail Store Manager and Retail Deputy Store Manager manage our brand new store in Rugeley. The success of the store is the responsibility of the team to positively drive performance forward - Could this be YOU? You will assist the Retail Store Manager and Retail Deputy Manager, ensuring its success in meeting all company and department objectives. Leading all store staff, including volunteers in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Manager. This is a physically demanding position in a busy retail environment with some lifting of furniture/donated goods required
