Retail Charity Shop Assistant Manager - Westbourne

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Shop Manager in the daily operations of our charity shop. Your role will involve managing volunteers, handling donations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximising salers to support the charity.

The position is 15 hours a week over 2 days & will include alternate Saturdays (No Sunday/Bank holiday working)

Working pattern:

Week 1 Monday & Wednesday.

Week 2 Monday & Saturday

Hours will be 0900-1700 and include a 30 min unpaid break

Our charity shops play a crucial role in raising funds and awareness in the local community. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager.,
