Full Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Finance Reconciliation Analyst who would like to help us reach our mission to "earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service".

As the Retail Finance Reconciliation Analyst your key responsibilities are

  • Reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy of payments

  • Analyse payment data ensuring discrepancies are corrected in a timely manner

  • Process financial transactions to ensure service level agreements are met

  • Contribute to internal and external audits to assist in fulfilling requests

  • Produce accurate reports to provide information to key stakeholders, At least the cost of living pay increase every year

  • Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%

  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 10

  • Qualified or working towards AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting or equivalent qualification

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office packages especially Excel

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Experience in a similar financial role

  • Good attention to detail
