Retail Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a team to success., Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Supervise daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock availability
- Drive sales growth through effective promotional strategies and upselling techniques

Proven experience in team management and retail operations
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- Excellent administrative capabilities including scheduling and reporting
- Sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrated ability to sell products persuasively and drive revenue
- Leadership qualities with the capacity to inspire and motivate staff
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively,

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Retail sales: 1 year (required)
