We are looking for an experienced & driven Retail Manager to run a 2-3 week pop-up in London this December.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy retail space, engage and drive a retail team and perform through sales.
You will need to be available 25th Nov - 22nd Dec.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire pop-up store operations.
You will support Head Office, hire retail staff and manage all retail staff to drive sales and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
You will take ownership of the store's performance, including merchandising, stock control & back of house management, and overall customer experience.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and overall sales targets.
Ensure the store delivers a premium customer experience and resolve any issues that arise.
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management and POS systems.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimise the store layout for peak trading periods.
Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance reviews.
