Full Job Description

We're looking for a Retail Media Brand and Communications Lead to join our Co-op Media Network team who are focused on revolutionising the way media is valued in the convenience market. You'll be responsible for our brand management and communication planning across our team, considering annual plans, budgets and how to make our campaigns as effective as possible. As Co-op Media Network continues to grow ahead of the market, this role provides an exciting opportunity to look for new ways for us to continuously improve and make a positive impact for our colleagues, customers, and member-owners.

What you'll do

  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining Co-op Media Network's b2b brand activation strategy.

  • Manage our brand identity, including tone of voice, how we convey our messaging and the way we communicate with clients

  • Conduct market analysis for indirect media market and the wider advertising market, making sure we can add value within our proposition

  • Plan and implement a paid, earned and owned communications programme across various channels to deliver strategic initiatives

  • Create partnership networks with media buyers, agencies, and influencers

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners

    A B2B marketing background with experience building targeted communications programmes.

  • The ability to build successful relationships with partners across the business and be involved in cross functional work

  • An understanding of FMCG brands

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at the same time
