Full Job Description

As an Online Retail Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the online team, who in turn support the whole charity. Here's some of the duties of the role.

  • Good online customer service skills

  • Interest in modern, vintage and antique items

  • Ability to research and learn about new items

  • Adaptable and work within timeframes

  • Ability to photograph, list and ship items, Contribute directly to the mission of Katharine House Hospice.

  • A good basic education and a working knowledge of IT, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
