Retail Operations Business Analyst

• Commercial Analysis: Evaluate retail financial data, workforce management, loss prevention, customer insights, mystery shop, services and operational expenses. Create detailed reports and visualisations that help management understand key metrics and drive business improvements.
• Process Optimisation: Collaborate with Retail Operations to streamline processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs. Support efforts to optimise employee performance and enhance the overall customer shopping experience. Leverage data to identify performance patterns, connect insights, and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Compliance Monitoring: Gather and analyse data related to store compliance from audits, customer feedback, and more. Create dashboards and reports to quickly identify non-compliance areas and offer solutions to improve store standards.
  
  Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and a background in retail operations data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
