Full Job Description

To be the "ambassador" who conveys the Brand's philosophy and values. The Retail Operations Intern will support the Operations Manager with daily store operations, focusing on inventory management, store requests, and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in streamlining processes and developing resources for retail teams., Daily Operational Reporting:

  • Run and analyze daily reports to track stock levels, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock in transit to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth logistics.
  • Flag and communicate any potential issues to the Operations Manager and relevant store teams.
  • Store Support:
  • Coordinate and fulfill daily store requests for packaging, uniforms, and supplies.
  • Act as the main point of contact between stores and Operations, prioritizing and tracking requests for timely delivery.
  • Training & Tools Development:
  • Help create and update training tools, resources, and trackers to support store operations.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to improve existing resources for greater efficiency.
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Prepare reports, cycle count summaries, and other compliance records.
  • Send daily reminders and updates to stores on cycle counts, inventory audits, and other essential tasks.

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Retail or stock management experience preferred
  • Interest in luxury retail
