Full Job Description

We're looking for a Retail Partnerships Manager to join our Co-op on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll sit at the heart of our Co-op Live partnership. We'll look to you to manage our Co-op branded concessions within Co-op Live, making sure they're optimised to be as distinct and profitable as possible. You'll also support on the retail elements of our Festival partnerships work cross-functionally across a variety of our internal teams, ultimately looking at how we can maximise profit whilst ensuring a distinct and positive experience for our customers and member-owners. What you'll do

  • Manage concession changes, pricing, promotional strategies, and membership
  • Support Nisa working with the venue F&B team and be a key contact for Nisa in the Licensed Retail Partnership process
  • Work alongside our Product Developers to oversee new product development for Co-op Live concessions
  • Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to provide subject matter expertise on retail within Co-op Live
  • Carry out quality and technical control audits to make sure that the venue concessions are to our expected store standards
  • Develop an understanding of Co-op Live's consumer complaints process
  • Maintain positive supplier relationships established within our Commercial team
  • Champion our Own-Brand strategy for concessions and support in future product decisions

    Experience or training in GSCOP and Competition Law
  • Experience in a Commercial based role
  • The ability to adapt and change in a unique and fast-paced environment
  • The ability to build strong relationships across multiple different business areas both internally and externally
