Full Job Description

  • Greet and engage with customers, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, offering expert advice to help them make informed decisions.
  • Support promotional events and product launches, representing the brands we work with, including leading non-profit organisations.
  • Help maintain the store's visual standards, ensuring displays are appealing and stocked.
  • Manage stock levels and assist in stock replenishment and inventory control.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving the overall shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure in-store campaigns align with the overall digital strategies of the brands.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and company policies.
