Acorns Children's Hospice Trust is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Erdington Superstore. If you're a results-driven leader with strong commercial awareness, a passion for driving profitability, and a flair for creating standout customer experiences, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of volunteers and deputy managers
Drive profitability and achieve sales targets by maximizing every commercial opportunity
Use data and trends to make informed business decisions
Create an exciting shop floor experience that sets us apart
Manage stock quality, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales
Oversee furniture collections and deliveries to keep operations running smoothly
