Full Job Description

With your love of working with people and enthusiasm to provide a great service, you'll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have., Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll be based at Calke Abbey (Ticknall, Derby, DE73 7LE), working in the busy Calke Abbey Retail shop. You'll work alongside other Team Members to provide fantastic customer service. You'll be part of a team of 6 staff and 12 volunteers, all helping to maximise the profit and sales generated at our special place., As Retail Team Member you'll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail. You can view the full role profile for this role in the document attached.
