Full Job Description

With your enthusiasm to provide a great service, you'll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop answering any questions they have., Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll join a team made up of two staff, the Retail Manager, two Retail Team Leaders and 20 volunteers. You'll engage our customers with the diverse stories of Belton and the National Trust as a whole, bringing to life how our ranges reflect these stories., As Retail Team Member you'll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.

    This role is a peak time only role and does involves predominantly working regular evenings as well as weekends at our magical Christmas at Belton lights trail event which runs from 22nd November to 1st January (the property is closed on Christmas Day).
