Full Job Description
We're looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Attingham Park to answer their questions and help them make the most of their day., Working alongside the Retail Manager, Team Leader and another two team members with the support of a large number of volunteers, you will work across both the main shop and the soon to open garden and plant sales shop which is new for 2025., You'll also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and working with others in the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.

Salary: £11.50 per hour Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 4th January 2026 Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we're looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We'd give you as much notice of this as possible. Flexible hours, weekend and bank holiday working required as part of the role.
