Full Job Description

The Renewals Programme generates over £200 million for the organisation to continue its vital conservation work. This is an exciting opportunity to support the programme, improving members' experience, deepening engagement with our work, and impacting retention targets to make a significant improvement on income. Reporting into the Senior Retention Manager, you'll have a varied role. You'll lead the day-to-day renewals programme, working closely alongside the Senior Retention Executive. You'll plan and deliver optimisation campaigns and identify any opportunities for efficiencies. You'll also work closely with other teams to ensure opportunities for growing support and revenue are aligned. You'll take?an audience-first approach, using all available insight to inform your thinking, you'll analyse and collate member feedback to help feed into our work. You'll be a champion of providing member value and deliver work to a high standard that?fits audience needs. You'll be an expert voice on membership, with a curious mind to find ways to improve processes and experiences.

    We're looking for a Retention Executive to join the Membership Team at the National Trust to support our Renewals programme. Our members and supporters are at the heart of everything we do, you'll play a key part in maintaining engagement.
