Full Job Description

We are looking for two enthusiastic, resilient, motivated, and proactively driven individuals to fulfil the role of Revalidation Coordinator within the Medical Workforce function.,

  • To be responsible for the collation and audit of revalidation information for submission for the monthly Decision Making Group meetings
  • Provide advice and guidance on job planning, medical appraisal and revalidation, and respond to any queries, which may be complex, seeking advice from the Head of Medical Workforce Compliance and Job Planning Manager where appropriate
  • To contribute to the achievement of Trust targets around the workforce agenda in regard to job planning, medical appraisal and NMC revalidation
  • To ensure systems and databases are up to maintained on a daily basis, including ESR, Allocate, audit and compliance databases

    You must have strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a desire to work across multi-disciplinary teams, sites, and departments, together with the ability to motivate, persuade and influence people to secure sustainable results.
  • Good communication, strong experience in a coordinator role and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to work as part of the team and on own initiative.
