Full Job Description

  • Build commercial focus and process for monitoring and accelerating execution of the lead conversions (MQLs to SQLs)
  • Build commercial focus and process for monitoring and execution the opportunity conversions (SQLs to order)
  • Lead, execute and collaborate cross-functionally on commercial and marketing projects to increase revenue across markets ensuring high Return on Investment
  • Build relationship with commercial & marketing teams to drive execution of the process
  • Act as an advocate for revenue growth
  • Digital expertise/ experience of Martech platforms. Keep on top of new marketing tools and techniques for revenue generating marketing processes. Act as a guide on what process should be used in which types of programmes/ customer stages/ customer journey
  • Idea generation on programmes for revenue generation, including Life Cycle Management; new market penetration; growth opportunities
  • Define and measure KPIs and report on impact of programmes, leads to order conversion and market indicators
  • Manage market intelligence and market data for market evaluation, quarterly and annually
  • Understand key market dynamics, market sizing, trends, and tools (PowerBI, Smartsheet, finance data, SFDC). Collaborate with finance and commercial leaders for order/market forecasting.
  • Lead with a lean mindset, use problem solving techniques to minimize the lead/opportunity conversion time for the business and timely execute on market data updates on tools. Develop synergies across markets, best practice sharing.

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications
  • Proven experience in Revenue Marketing, Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing including digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead database (segmentation and reporting), data analysis, reporting and business intelligence, emphasis on digital marketing analytics
  • An experience working in a Healthcare B2B commercial environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
  • Proven operational mindset and ability to translate strategy into action, with strong sense of urgency to drive outcomes with speed and efficiency
  • Ability and proven experience with strategic mindset as well as creative skills
  • Problem solving, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on business, market and customer trends
  • Excellent people management, project management and organizational skills, with experience leading and/or direct involvement in large-scale projects
