Reviews Administrator

Reporting to the Reviews Manager, the Reviews Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that authentic reviews are added to our websites by performing validation checks and then accurately processing and publishing them. This role requires strong communication skills with clients and collaboration with many other departments within the company. The day-to-day duties of the Reviews Administrator are varied and include processing reviews, answering review queries, and ensuring the thorough execution of all administrative duties typically expected of this role.
This is a full-time role with the option of hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home (laptop and work equipment supplied). It is important that the candidate lives within commutable range of Hungerford.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing review cards
Processing online reviews
Processing review responses
Email administration
Liaising with clients and reviewers over the telephone
Resolving any queries generated either by email or telephone
Guillotining and sorting review cards received

Will have outstanding attention to detail and be a great communicator
Will have an excellent level of computer literacy with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
Be professional, confident, diplomatic, and sympathetic when liaising with others
Possess a desire to improve processes and be part of a successful reviews team

Salary circa £24,000 depending on experience
