Reviews Officer (Homelessness)

Looking for a candidate with experience of conducting statutory reviews under Homelessness legislation as a temporary cover for a permanent position., To communicate effectively with all customers , ensuring needs are met.

To prioritise complex and potentially conflicting demands, understand and absorb information and resolve problems.

To achieve plans and objectives in a timely and organised manner.

Experience of using information technology, processing skills including the use of e-mail. is essential.

Experience of communication and customer care skills is essential.

Essential Qualification Required:

A good standard of written English and Mathematics to at least GCSE C/ level 4 which can demonstrate an ability to work at this level qualification, or demonstrate relevant experience is essential.
