Due to a period of recent change, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Analyst to join them for an initial period of 12 months., As Senior Reward Analyst you will report into the Reward Director and play a crucial role within the People and Leadership function, supporting the Reward Team and business leaders with data-driven insights. You will analyse market data, conduct job levelling, support pay and bonus cycles, and manage the administration of share plans. Additionally, you will support pay equity initiatives and ensure accurate payroll processes, directly impacting the company's ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent., This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with the senior leadership team and help influence decision-making processes that will shape the future of a renowned brand.
