Full Job Description

  • Support cyclical reward activities, ensuring timely delivery of processes in both Workday and Resourcelink

  • Facilitate job evaluations, incentive programs, and maintain pay governance.

  • Research and analyse HR data to produce reports, complex data models and identify trends to inform key business and reward decision making.

  • Conduct job matching and pay benchmarking, including survey participation and analysis of survey data.

  • Handle daily inquiries and manage the central mailbox for the Health & Care Services Reward team.

  • Update and maintain the reward information library for company access.

  • Oversee relationships with partners like People Administration, Payroll, and external suppliers.

    We are seeking a proactive individual with a knack for adaptability and robust stakeholder management skills. Your role will involve translating some complex concepts into understandable information, making excellent communication paramount. You'll be at the forefront, leading colleague sessions and part of working groups, driving the introduction of innovative products.


  • This is not a background role; we need someone ready to step into the spotlight, tackle ambiguity, and elevate our team's presence. Your analytical prowess will be crucial, particularly in data modelling, external benchmarking, and research. As an Excel expert you'll be handling intricate data analysis to help inform key decision making.

  • Experience of working with HR systems preferably Workday

  • Previous technical reward experience of supporting or running pay review and bonus calculations.

  • Numerical and analytical skills experience and working in environment that requires a strong attention to detail.

  • Job evaluation methodology and grading systems, such as Korn Ferry Hay methodology or Willis Towers Watson from first principles

  • Experience of working with business stakeholders

  • Broad understanding of Reward.

  • Highly skilled in use of Microsoft Excel

    Full-time position: 37.5hours
    Salary Circa: £45,000 plus fixed term benefit allowance
