Collaborate with senior HR and Reward leaders to shape compensation and benefits initiatives, guiding your team to deliver impactful results. Join us in advancing a rewards culture that values performance, compliance, and transparency. Your day to day:

  • Lead the Europe reward team in owning the strategy and framework for hotel and corporate teams, developing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, such as regional incentive plans, the annual reward cycle, and large Healthcare plans.
  • Conduct market analyses and develop recommendations for competitive compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with Europe-specific reporting, including gender pay gap and pay transparency. Build reward capability in the HR community and ensure they have up to date tools and documentation to support their activity.
  • Part of the Europe HR and Global Hotel Reward Leadership Teams.

    Deep reward expertise, gained through experience as either a reward specialist or HR generalist
  • A strong relationship builder who can partner in a multinational headquarters and manage up, down and across the organisation
  • Leadership experience with a small team and the ability to create own direction and use initiative
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills when working with senior business leaders
  • Analytical mindset - actively uses data to form insights and build business cases
