Full Job Description
The University of Portsmouth is looking for a Reward & Pensions Officer to join our Reward and Recognition team.
Ideal candidates will have some HR, Reward and Benefits, Payroll, Finance, or other relevant experience and be interested in developing their pensions knowledge. You will love problem-solving and be comfortable with numbers and data, as well as communicating and explaining.
In this role, you will ensure that our pensions offerings and services meet the highest standards. You'll support our members, drive continuous improvement in our pension processes, and champion one of our most valued benefits for employees.
You will also play a part in developing wider reward and benefits propositions and contribute to related projects and programmes.
