Full Job Description

  • Conduct day to day Reward activities such as benchmarking, responding to queries and working closely with People Partners.
  • Work in collaboration with wider Reward, People team and business to ensure alignment and engagement with the UK reward strategy.
  • You will partner with the UK entities, to support them with Reward initiatives.
  • You will support in the administration of variable pay schemes.
  • You will support the communication with colleagues on reward related elements.
  • You will input into creation of business cases to support change programmes.
  • You will input into the creation of reward policies, processes and frameworks.
  • Build relationship with Group Risk and Compliance team to ensure compliance with regulation.

    An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our growing Reward team. Based within People, you’ll report into the Senior Reward Specialist and work closely with the UK Head of Reward. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks and projects, so a great work ethic with a strong desire to succeed is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has experience working within a Reward function and would like to join an exciting and fast paced environment in a FTSE 100 business, Knowledge and experience of reward is essential (within financial services would be advantageous).
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and numeracy skills.

  • Good written communication skills to draft presentations and reports.

    We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
