Full Job Description

  • Develop and implement competitive reward structures and employee recognition programmes to include base pay, bonuses, and incentives ensuring they are aligned to Aramark's culture and values

  • Review job grading and evaluation frameworks to ensure they are fit for purpose, transparent and equitable

  • Ensure accurate job evaluation takes place appropriate to the terms and conditions of employees and be the escalation point for job evaluation queries and role sign offs

  • Play a role in planning and contributing to the external and internal research, review and development of new and existing reward-related policies and programmes

  • Ensure employment legislation, government policy changes and other significant external developments affecting pay and reward are identified and acted upon in a timely and efficient manner

  • Play a lead role in pay review cycles with benchmarking, research and salary data and necessary engagement and communications with relevant stakeholders, including recognised trade unions for our Offshore business

  • Manage the annual pay reviews and bonus incentive plans

  • Support all BAU reward activity including, benchmarking, and managing market data providers to ensure compensation packages remain competitive

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on reward and benefits to include all policies to stakeholders at all levels

  • Review and create reward policies, procedures, and guidance documents to make sure robust governance is in place

  • Support with the data review and compilation of all pay gap reporting and equal pay auditing

  • Plan, develop, and deliver the annual reward and benefit programme, actively promoting Aramark's benefit

    To be set up for success and exceed expectations in this role, you will have a demonstrated background in reward coupled with a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and a passion for compensation and benefits., Significant and demonstrated experience in the reward, compensation and benefits arena

  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and build collaborative relationships

  • Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance

  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with large data sets from different sources

  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo to simplify processes

    This is a full time and permanent role which will ideally be based out of our Leeds Shared Service Centre hub.
