Investec Private Client Technology is on the lookout for an experienced and innovative Rewards Technology Leader to spearhead the development, implementation, and management of cutting-edge technology solutions for our Rewards and Loyalty Programs. As a vital member of the Digital & Technology team, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our rewards technology initiatives, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. In this strategic leadership position, you will define and lead the direction of our rewards technology, ensuring it aligns with the bank's broader customer engagement, digital transformation, and retention goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating seamless and personalised rewards experiences for our clients.,

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the strategic direction of our rewards technology, ensuring alignment with the bank's goals.
  • Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable technology solutions for rewards and loyalty programs.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Drive the creation of personalised, data-driven rewards experiences by leveraging customer insights and analytics.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external technology providers and internal IT teams to optimise rewards technology platforms.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends in loyalty programs and fintech to introduce innovative solutions enhancing the rewards experience
  • Data and Analytics: Partner with data teams to leverage insights for predictive modelling and rewards program optimisation.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure rewardssolutions adhere to regulatory, security, and privacy standards, proactively mitigating potential risks.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team of technology and product specialists focused on rewards and loyalty.

    Experience: Extensive experience in technology management, product management, or loyalty program technology, ideally within financial services or a related industry
  • Proven Track Record: Leading technology solutions for rewards, loyalty, or customer engagement programs.
  • Digital Banking Expertise: Strong understanding of digital banking and fintech, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Data Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics tools, leveraging data for customer insights and predictive modelling.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of compliance and security standards in financial services, including data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
