RFP Content Executive

We are looking for a RFP Content Executive to work in our RFP team, who support the sales and client service teams in Royal London Asset Management by providing information to clients and prospects on our key strategies, including equities, multi asset and fixed income. The client operations team is responsible for all marketing communications for Royal London Asset Management and is responsible for all content required to assist and support the sales process. About the role

• To build and maintain all RFP content within the Qvidian RFP system
• Work with product managers, investment managers and other content owners/ SMEs to ensure accurate, consistent and compelling content
• Build relationships and develop strong knowledge of products and marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assist the sales and investment teams and other members of the RFP team with any requests for information they have.
• Ownership of standard RFP production and involvement in other key team projects.
• Support the RFP Managers in the completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs.
• Work with RLAM and external providers to maintain strong presence on consultant and wholesale databases.
  
  Preferably, experience of delivering RFPs and DDQs to wholesale and institutional clients
• Other relevant writing experience preferred (i.e. investment writing, financial journalism)
• An understanding of investment products, including familiarity with various asset types: equity, fixed income, property and cash
• Strong writing and content management skills
• Experience of RFP content management systems (i.e. Qvidian, RocketDocs, Loopio)
