Full Job Description

We are looking for a RFP Executive to complete a range of client and prospect RFPs/RFIs/DDQs to support our sales and client service teams by providing information on Royal London Asset Management's key strategies, including equities, multi asset and fixed income. The distribution operations team is responsible for all marketing communications for Royal London Asset Management and is responsible for all content required to assist and support the sales process. About the role

  • Assist in the sales process by completing RFPs, DDQs and RFIs to a high standard of accuracy, to tight deadlines
  • Assist the sales and investment teams and other members of the RFP team with requests for information
  • Work with investment directors, investment managers and other content owners/ SMEs to ensure accurate, consistent and compelling content
  • Build relationships and develop strong knowledge of products and marketing and sales initiatives
  • To support the building and maintenance of written content in Qvidian
  • Work with external providers to maintain a strong presence on DDQ platforms

    Experience of delivering RFPs and DDQs to wholesale and institutional clients
  • An understanding of investment products, including familiarity with various asset types: equity, fixed income, property and cash
  • Strong writing and project management skills
  • Highly proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Investment Management Certificate (IMC) preferred
