We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse/Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a crucial member of our Care Home, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our Residents. Your role will involve working closely with Residents, families, and a range of healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of comprehensive mental health services.

Some of your duties include:

-To provide care and support to the Residents at the Home, in line with Regulations, Standards, Policies and Procedures of the Home.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and evaluate Residents' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Resident records using IT systems

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support patients through their treatment journey
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and record keeping
