Full Job Description
This developmental post will provide the opportunity to work closely with the Rheumatology Nurse Specialists to develop rheumatology specialist nursing skills., The post holder will be responsible for the assessment ,development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for rheumatology patients.
The post holder will be required to liase with nursing and medical colleagues and other members of the Multidisciplinary Health Care team to ensure the delivery of effective patient care.The post holder will be expected to work within the hospital and community setting as dictated by service needs.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
