Full Job Description

Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Administrator for our Derbyshire Recovery Partnership service to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week, based in our Ripley office. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative support to the Ripley team, covering our main reception and acting as a single point of contact for enquiries from other professionals and agencies. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills, with clear and effective communication both verbally and written. You will have good customer service skills, be a good team player and have a professional approach to all areas of your work. You will have a keen eye for data detail and be able to multi-task and manage your workload effectively and with a positive and proactive approach. This role can be based at our Ripley office (Ripley Town Hall) which has a staff car park on site and good bus links.
