The Global Risk Operations team at ITV plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of everyone involved in our productions and operations worldwide. If you're passionate about safety, have a keen eye for detail, and want to be part of a team that supports ITV's dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Global Risk Operations team is the place for you., ITV's Global Risk Operations has an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Risk Administrator on a 12 month FTC. The main purpose of the role will be to support the Global Risk Operations teams including health and safety, participant welfare, security and crisis and resilience. You will take on specific projects and manage the administration function and support in the development and communications plans for implementation and engagement on key GRO roles and information.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Global Risk Operations team across Health & Safety, Security, Safeguarding, and Participant Welfare.

  • Utilise risk management tools such as SPOT and the Risk Management Toolkit (RMT) to oversee GRO's engagement across ITV's production slate.

  • Support the coordination of training programs, policy rollouts, and incident response procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and staff.

  • Assist in the development and distribution of risk management reports, providing accurate data and insights to inform decision-making.

  • Provide oversight and management for the Health & Safety department's routine processes, including high-risk contractor vetting administration, i-Sight (incident reporting tool), Compass (Health & Safety website), and support for the H&S group email inbox.

  • Support in the development and execution of communications plans for implementing and engaging key GRO roles and information.

  • Provide support with the day-to-day management of the departmental budget, including raising purchase orders and monitoring expenses.

  • Assist with the collation of information related to liability claims arising from accidents.

  • Manage the administration of all GRO training courses at ITV, including the maintenance of online training accounts, generating reports, and coordinating training schedules.

    Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Understanding and proficiency of Google workspace.

  • Experience coordinating training and / or diary management.

  • Experience handling sensitive information / data.

  • Experience within a Safety, Security or Safeguarding function.

  • Demonstrable problem solving approach to addressing difficult issues with flexibility and pragmatism to adapt to business requirements.

    12 month fixed term contract (this role could be a Secondment Opportunity for internal ITV employees)

    Hiring range: £28,000 - 32,000,
