Risk Advisory Associate

The role involves collaborating closely with trainees, Assistant Managers, Managers, Senior Managers, and Directors to expand our team's capacity and capability, thereby supporting our clients with ITGC, internal audit, risk management, and controls assurance solutions.,

• Supporting in the running of the Risk Advisory practice. Working with the Partner and Directors providing analysis on utilisation, WIP and billing.


• Start to build internal and external networks.


• To play a supporting role in the development of tender responses.


Client Relationship

• In interactions with clients, have a role in building strong relationships, working with others to ensure they receive an efficient and proactive service and that client expectations are met.


• To be part of a team to deliver client assignments, ensuring that we deliver exceptional client service.


• Ability to multi-task, working on a range of assignments across a portfolio of clients.


Technical

• Ability to quickly grasp the principles of and methodology for the delivery of IT general controls, controls assurance and risk-based internal audit assignments.


• Work collaboratively with other team members.


• An understanding of the commercial aspects of the clients' businesses and impact of our work.


• Be able to adapt and build understanding of risk and controls in the context of the work we deliver to our clients


• Be able to quickly grasp the concepts and methods for risk-based internal audit.


• Supporting the client administration processes.


• Be able to quickly prioritise conflicting demands.
  
  Be able to undertake and/or complete IIA exams within 2 years (graduate) or 3 years (non-graduate)


• Previous experience dealing/communicating with senior stakeholders and/or clients


• Previous experience working in professional environment
